Job Opportunities at Land of Medicine Buddha

Exciting Opportunities to Live and Work at a Buddhist Center...

Forget the Rat Race… Enjoy being a vital part of the Team at a bustling center set in the beauty of a rural environment (yet close to the city)...

Land of Medicine Buddha has a team of 15 full time staff, so you will be working as part of a team to provide service to all the various people who visit the Center including: our spiritual program students, facility rental groups, people who come and stay in our guest accommodations, casual daily visitors to the Center, and of course, our visiting teachers and our own staff.

The Center is set on 170 acres of beautiful rural land, although we are only 5 minutes from Highway 1 and about 15 minutes from the city of Santa Cruz.

For those people searching for a job which has more “meaning” in life, this is a perfect opportunity!   Especially for someone who already is a Buddhist or who has interest in Buddhism, this is an ideal place to live and work.   Attendance at our teachings is free of charge (although can depend on your work schedule, but we try to be as flexible as possible).   We provide many forms of teachings to promote healing and development of a good heart.
