Wholesale Orders:

1. Browse our titles selection HERE keeping in mind that you will be getting 50% off of the listed donation retail "prices". THERE IS A $300 MINIMUM ORDER. 

2. Select the titles you would like (as they appear on the top line of each description on that page), paste them into a purchase order including quantities for each item, and include your shipping address as well as the date. 

3. Email your purchase order to medialab@medicinebuddha.org 

4. Each PO is made to order so please allow for 7 days processing, 10 days production and then shipping time depending on your shipping preferences. If you require shipping outside the USA then we will send you shipping options to choose from once your Purchase Order has been received.

5. When the order arrives please check your order immediately before shelving to check for errors in quantities and report them back to medialab@medicinebuddha.org for replacements or returns. 

6. Once your Purchase Order is received we will send you an invoice for that order that does not include shipping. A second invoice will be sent out for shipping alone after the order has been sent. It is greatly appreciated if payments can be made upon receipt of the invoice by check or credit card. If you require different terms please email medialab@medicinebuddha.org to make alternative payment arrangements.  

7. Enjoy the Dharma on DVDs and MP3 and/or rejoice in spreading the dharma to your students, friends and family. 

PLEASE NOTE:

DVD compatibility:
The DVDs are Region free encoded (no region coding or 0) and are NTSC (not PAL) and are compatible with most new DVD players and computers. Older DVD players that can not play NTSC 0 region DVDs may not be compatible with our discs so check your hardware. 

International shipping short-cut:
International shipping can sometimes be expensive. In some cases centers ordering outside of the USA will arrange for a traveling associate, student, sangha member or friend deliver it from the USA in their travels. If you would like to take advantage of this please do all the arranging from your side. What we will need is just the USA address to send it to your liaison and the date that they will be departing. Keep in mind that the manufacturing can take up to 10 business days, the shipping up to 3 business days and the order 2 business days. So your order will have to be completed at least 15 business days before your liaison will be departing the USA.
