The memorial shrine
is a specially designed building,
a blessed place, a sacred
space, where the ashes of beloved
ones
are preserved in individual
stupas. It has been designed to become the home for several
hundred stupas. |

100,000 Stupas project:
The site at LMB for the stupa project is an open
meadow which will be terraced like the famous stupa at Borobudur,
Indonesia (circa 780 – 833), the world’s largest Buddhism monument.
The central 40 ft stupa will be surrounded by 99,999
stupas of various sizes.

100,000 Medicine Buddha
Temple:
The temple will be a place to hold teachings and empowerments,
house sangha (ordained monks and nuns), as well as being a place
to have visiting Lamas stay. The temple will be located at the
upper meadow. We are still in need of finances to begin and complete
this beautiful and meaningful project.

Prayer
Wheel Project:
Although this prayer
wheel looks quite complete it still needs to be fully filled with the
mantras as it is only partially filled at this time. Send healing
and peace through the power of prayers and mantras. We will inscribe the
name of your loved ones and friends on a metal plaque which will be fixed
to the four posts supporting the prayer wheel house on the largest Prayer Wheel at
LMB. |
