Venerable Rene shares his insight into recognizing laziness and gives us practical advise on how to overcome these obstacles especially in relation to  meditation practices. Compassion & the Spiritual Path: Compassion is an idea that we all like but do we actually feel it and engage in it for extended periods of time in our life? Compassion is the path to unlocking our Buddha Nature. To experience the bliss and joy of our mind it is necessary to experience compassion and it is the door of the Mahayana path of the Bodhisattvas. In this teaching Venerable Rene teaches us how to develop true compassion in our lives and how to deepen and stabilize it with our meditation.
Emptiness & the Spiritual Path: In this teaching Venerable Rene Feusi teaches on the Buddhist view of ultimate reality, Emptiness. His teaching very simply and eloquently gives us a real flavor of this seemingly elusive philosophy in a way that renders it experiential and practical. He discusses the true meaning of Emptiness, teaches different ways of meditating on it and describes how to integrate it’s meaning into our daily life. Rene clears up some common misconceptions about Emptiness and shows us how understanding it and living in the view of it can provide us with a spacious experience with which we can begin to free ourselves from suffering.
