Life-size Statues of the Eight Medicine Buddhas... 
In the Land of medicine Buddha Gompa, the main meditation hall, there are eight magnificent life size Statues of the Medicine Buddhas. Every morning we do a Medicine Buddha puja in front of these Buddhas and all are welcome to attend.
Tara Statue...
In the Land of medicine Buddha Gompa, the main meditation hall, we have a beautiful life-size statue of Tara, the feminine aspect of Buddha. Tara is the compassionate granter of all wishes.
Shakyamuni Buddha statues...
At Land of Medicine Buddha, we have several beautiful statues of Shakyamuni Buddha, the historical Buddha who's teachings have liberated countless beings since his first turning of the Dharma wheel 2600 years ago in India.
Prayer Wheels...
Prayer Wheels are part of "Buddhist Technology" for creating positive energy, merit, and purifying negative aspects of the mind. These wheels are filled with blessed mantras of compassion and wisdom. Of the three major prayer wheels at Land of Medicine Buddha, one of them contains 64 Billion mantras, making it the largest in the world.
Memorial Shrine Temple...
The memorial shrine is a specially designed building, a blessed place, a sacred space, where the ashes of beloved ones are preserved in individual stupas. It has been designed to become the home for several hundred stupas. 
Ksitigarbha Statue...
At Land of Medicine Buddha there is a very beautiful, larger than life size, Ksitigarbha statue located outside amongst the redwoods and sitting between one of the prayer wheels and the Namgyalma Bell.
Chenrezig Sand Mandala...
Chenrezig is the Buddha of Compassion and this beautiful sand mandala is a colored sand "painting" of his celestial mansion made by the careful arrangement of colored sand. The sand mandala was created by the monks from the Namgyal Monastery, Dharamsala, India (the monastery of His Holiness Dalai Lama) in 1992.
Namgyalma Bell...
Namgyalma is a feminine aspect of Buddhahood, a long-life "goddess" who also is powerful for purification and healing. The bell has her mantra in relief on the bell and as you ring the beautiful sounding bell the healing power of her mantra is sent in the environment touching all beings and bringing them closer to enlightenment.
Large Vajrasattva Thangka...
In the Land of medicine Buddha Gompa, the main meditation hall, there is a beautiful large Thankga of Vajrasattva, the Buddha of purification.
