In this DVD, Lama Zopa Rinpoche gives teachings on the practice of Ganden Lha Gyama. Ganden Lha Gyama is a short and powerful Guru Yoga practice of Lama Tsongkhapa (a great Tibetan scholar, saint, and teacher of the 14th century) to help invoke the blessings and guidance of one's personal teachers and to develop the realizations of guru devotion. Reciting the 5-line praise to Lama Tsongkhapa contained in this practice is also an excellent method to rid oneself of obstacles on the path and to cure "lung", a physical and/or mental disease due to imbalance of the inner winds. This DVD set is RESTRICTED to people who have received a Highest yoga Tantra Empowerment (Such as Chakrasamvara, Yamantaka, Guhyasamaja, etc...) NOTE: Due to circumstances beyond our technical control, this particular recording is not up to our usual standard - the audio and video quality may be poor. NOTE: Some people have reported difficulty in understanding Lama Zopa Rinpoche in our DVD’s.  Lama Zopa Rinpoche is a highly realized being who’s native language is Tibetan, and he teaches in English with no translator.  Students who are familiar with his style of teaching understand him well and are accustomed to his style of teaching including clearing his throat and thoughtful pauses. We are happy to replace defective discs but we will not offer refunds to customers who have trouble understanding his speech or manner of delivering teachings.  You may choose to look on youtube.com to hear a sample of his teachings first.
